Team and organization addresses
Current athletes and public figures may receive fan mail through a team, organization, office or other official mailing destination.
TTM AUTOGRAPH ADDRESSES
TTM addresses for through-the-mail autograph collectors.
TTM addresses are the foundation of through-the-mail autograph collecting. A useful TTM autograph address should include context about the destination, whether it is current and what collectors have recently reported.
Agency and representation addresses
Actors, entertainers and other public figures may receive requests through an agency, management company or professional representative.
Success history matters
An address is more useful when collectors can see whether mail has recently been returned successfully, returned unsigned or marked RTS.
Addresses change
Teams, agencies, venues and business relationships change. Good TTM research treats an address as time-sensitive information rather than a permanent fact.
TTM addresses are more useful with history
A TTM address should connect the person, the exact mailing destination and the evidence associated with it. That helps collectors distinguish a current route from a historical team, agency or organization address.
What makes a TTM autograph address useful?
A mailing address is only one part of a through-the-mail autograph request. Collectors also want to know whether the address is current, what kind of address it is, whether other collectors have reported recent results and how long returns have taken.
Look for context, not just a street address
A team address, agency address, business address or other official contact route can each have a different history. TTMVault is designed to connect the person, address and collector evidence so those pieces are not separated.
Respect privacy and signing preferences
Use appropriate public-facing mailing routes whenever possible and respect the recipient's stated signing rules, limits and privacy. A listed address never guarantees that a person will sign or respond.
TTMVault helps collectors research and organize TTM mailing information; it does not guarantee an autograph, response or authenticity.
